I will amend this review if and when I get this thing going. Assembly went fine, it took my husband only about an hour to get it put together. The problem has come with the electrical aspects - the board will not work. My husband knows something about electricity and wiring, so he has checked the various parts and is still perplexed as to why it will not work. The service number on the back of the manual is for some vacation place. After checking the internet, we found a proper number. They claim they will send a technician (to the middle of Nebraska?) but that has yet to happen. When called, the customer service people give a sob story about their computer system not working. They do not return calls when they say they will. My 30-day warranty is about up (even though they claim they'll extend it since I'm having "issues,")and I've yet to use this thing. On a more positive note, when I've gotten on it, it does feel solid and it doesn't make much noise.
Exactly three weeks to the day, we've had enough. Their "system" is still down (after two weeks?) and therefore no one can help us get this thing fixed. We are returning it.
