I am a 25 year-old female. I purchased this machine so that I could fit in a work-out into an already busy schedule.
The second time I used it the machine started squeaking and screeching very loudly. After re-greasing the machine, the squeaking did not resolve. The noise was extremely distracting and annoying, but I just cranked up my iPod and carried on figuring that was a minor inconvenience.
On day five of my mild regiment the main gear inside the machine broke. Needless to say I was so frustrated from having to reassemble the machine three times that I did not bother exchanging it and was happy to send it back.
I do not recommend this machine.
